**Review of Verizon at 6007 Pleasant Colony Ct, Crestwood, KY:**

My experience with Verizon at the Crestwood location has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. As a business owner trying to set up a business account, I expected professionalism and efficiency, but instead encountered a series of mishaps and incompetence.

Upon my initial visit, I brought all required documentation and paperwork for verification. However, the sales representatives seemed clueless and unhelpful. They not only failed to properly verify my information but also asked intrusive and irrelevant personal questions, such as repeatedly questioning the absence of a driver's license despite providing my passport, which was already verified by their system. This made me feel uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary.

After wasting a significant amount of time, they handed me a sticky note with my credit application number and suggested I visit another store. At their recommendation, I went to another Verizon store, where I hoped to finalize the process. Unfortunately, after waiting 30-40 minutes, I was informed that the previous store had improperly inputted my information, resulting in my credit application being locked.

To exacerbate the situation, my attempts to resolve this over the phone have been equally fruitless. Despite calling Verizon customer service 5-10 times, I have received no effective assistance or resolution.

This level of inefficiency and disregard for customer satisfaction is highly disappointing. It not only reflects poorly on Verizon's professionalism but also raises concerns about their compliance with customer protection laws. The mishandling of my personal information and the lack of accountability are both unorganized and, in my view, unlawful.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Verizon's service at the Crestwood location and their subsequent failure to rectify the issues caused. I expect a prompt resolution and appropriate compensation for the time and inconvenience I have endured.
