We have been a forever customer of Verizon, I think over 20 years. Our bill has gone up like most over the last two decades. Unfortunately our long history of loyalty has not paid any dividends to us. Instead we have seen significant price increase over the last year.  We are now being forced out of our plan with another price increase threatened through an email. I currently have a relationship with AT&T through my companies business line and internet. Their professionalism and customer service has always been better than what I experienced over the years with Verizon.  We have always been worried about "coverage" and the loss of service by switching to another carrier. I have been able to research and try out other carriers recently and have been pleasantly surprised.  Unfortunately for Verizon our 4 lines of service that we have been paying for will come to a halt very soon.  Perhaps later after a few years we will switch back to receive some of those great benefits they offer to "new customers only" . Hopefully this helps anyone else who is reluctant.

We haven’t been with them long, and our experience so far has been disappointing. Our orders were flagged and it’s been hard to get things resolved. I’ve spent most of the day on the phone trying to sort this out. I turned in my phone and received $839 in credit after opening my account in-store. We have had them less than 12 days and we are already not feeling this company at all
