I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service provided by Rhem! I spoke with two other representatives before I was finally connected to Rhem. She was efficient, well-spoken, and intelligent. Unlike the others I spoke to, she had a firm understanding of Verizon’s plans and was able to set my family and I with a plan that best suited us. She did this seamlessly and was kind and understanding when I expressed my previous frustration. I hope Verizon can do something substantial for Rhem to acknowledge her service to the company and its customers. It’s because of her I chose to stay with Verizon.
