Hello, we run a mobile app that individuals use to send out links to their dedicated fundraising page. When these individuals try to send out their links the messages are never delivered to the recipient or the link is removed. With the recent changes with A2P SMS traffic, it seems as these P2P (peer-to-peer) messages are being flagged and blocked.
This only affects SMS texts. Anything iMessage or What'sApp gets delivered without issue. Our A2P traffic is also unaffected as we went through the registration process for those campaigns.
How we get removed from the blacklist?
