I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for as long as I can remember. We keep having outages where our cell phones have SOS only. This past weekend I was out on our farm and fell and messed up my ankle and couldn’t walk. I tried calling my husband and sons to come help me, but it showed SOS only. I had to crawl all the way back until I was close enough to our WiFi that I could message my husband to come help. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAY AND WE’RE DEDICATED CUSTOMERS!!! Now, I always fear something will happen and my kids can’t reach me. This took the comfort, safety, and assurance from me and am now looking at other carriers.
