I need help getting an issue resolved. I was charged 16 months for home internet i asked to be canceled before moving from SC to IN bc they didn't have internet here. Unbeknownst to me it never got canceled and after noticing i was still paying 10/24 while in a corporate store with them even making notes in my account how I was upset about it it stillness got canceled. 2/25 I noticed it was STILL ON MY account. And all they want to credit on my account it $100.00. No wonder you have lost so many customers. You don't give a rats a** about your customers who pay an arm amd leg for cellular service. Absolutely ridiculous.
