So I have had the same issue since March of 2024. I left my internet carrier of over 10 years for this deal and Verizon still has not given me the promotion promised. I’ve talked to multiple people at Verizon including technical support and supervisors and been on multiple 2 hour phone calls trying to resolve the issue. Still I have not recieved the promotions. WHY HAS VERIZON TOLD THIS LIE TO SO MANY PEOPLE. So many of us have not received the promo promised to us for adding internet. Verizon you need to do better. This is false advertising and many of us are upset that we got lied to. You need to remedy this problem.
