Several months ago, the Chat function available from the verizon.com website changed (most visible aspect was that the chat box was now black instead of white). When the chat box is black, it is impossible to "swipe & copy" in order to save a copy of a chat session to Notebook or similar program (swipe does not work at all). I often want to save the chat session, both for future reference and as a record of what I was told by a Verizon representative in case subsequent controversy arises. I've been advised in such cases to "take screenshots", but this is not really practical as so little appears on the screen at a time that many screenshots are necessary to capture the full conversation. Please restore the ability to swipe & copy a chat session when the black screen is up or, better yet, please add a button to the chat interface to allow for saving of the chat (as several other companies do). It really is important for customers to have a copy of these discussions.
