Hello,

I got home internet online, after delivery I decided to cancel and returned the device without activating it.  I proceed to cancel, no charges cause I was within the time; however, they could not send me a label due to a system issue so I was instructed to go to a corporate store, after 4 calls at home, 3 calls on the store, I was I able to return it at the store with the assurance of no issues. Now after 6 months of making over 4 calls, going 4 times to the store, getting 10 emails, 10 calls, and being sent to collection, I was finally able to solve the issue (supposedly) no without damage to my credit.
