Serious Account Issues and Customer Service Problems

My problem is much to big to spell out here. I need someone at a much higher level than standard customer support. This is an issue that needs to be escalated immediately. 

I've been a customer for at least 15 years. I've been lied to, misled, and treated badly...this last event was beyond the pale.

First and foremost we appreciate your 15-years with us, and you're certainly in the right place for help. We do work here on this platform with our customers, and understand if that is not what you're looking for. If you do want to work with us here, can you please elaborate more on what is happening?
