Service Interrupted

Good afternoon. On Friday December 27, 2024 I spoken to a live agent online chat about a payment I made which was $120 and ask can I pay the $480 on January 1, 2025..

How come my service has been interrupted while I working from home today. I called and spoke with an agent and she told me that she gonna have to fix what the agent told me on live chat on December 27, 2024 that I was mislead. She told me that she was sorry that until my payment has been received that my service will be cut back on. I explained to her that I have proof showing what the agent told me. I told her I need to speak with a Supervisor and she transferred me to her supervisor and I explained to her what happened she told me I cannot get my service back on until the bill is paid. This not right at all. I very upset but believe me once I pay my bill believe me they don't have worry about me no more. I should have listened to my sister and my friend not to deal with them. I went ahead and gave them try and I sorry I did.
