Service Issues

I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for 20 years.  Two months ago, I started experiencing issues with receiving inbound text messages.  I have called, texted and online chatted with customer service, tech support, tech coaches, Tier 2, Tier 2 Supervisors and in-store staff.  I am going on my 3rd replacement phone in 2 months.  Multiple network reset, SIM reset, Factory reset, data/cache clears have been done.   On average, I spent 2-7 hours every day online or in-person trying to resolve the service issue with no success.  No one at any level within VZW is able to resolve the texting/service issue nor are they willing to have me try a trial SIM, trial phone or replace with a different phone or work towards any solution.
