Hi, I’m contacting you with several complaints and concerns today about my services I’ve received for your company. When i first got the service i had to get someone out to fix my connection. Not only did i go days without service but they didn’t come at the scheduled time which was an inconvenience to me. The next issue lies more closely to now as i wasn’t given any notice to an app change and wasn’t able to troubleshoot my own wifi, my wifi has been out for at this point two months yet i have still been paying the bills and i troubleshot with someone over the phone who seemed as though he couldn’t tell what the issue was, and i am unable to claim my rewards and they are about to expire. Every single time i click on them to load them they don’t load and i don’t know if this is some sham but im not here for it. I can’t adjust my name on my account to my ACTUAL LEGAL NAME so that i can do the connectivity program and so on. I’m very disappointed in my services they don’t even reach my entire 750 square foot apartment
