I have been with verizon for over 26 years and never have I been so mistreated. My wife's phone stop working all together and even though I pay for repair and replacement, I had to FIGHT with verizon to get a replacement. And the next day when it was sent , it was sent without a new Sim card , which was the problem. Now 3 to 5 days to get one sent out or take off work and go and get it myself. This is what I pay over 250 a month for. And don't bother asking for a corporate number, they will never give it to you, and as far as a complaint, you have to file it with the same people your complaining about.
