I got an email from Verizon that my promotions are running out. I noticed I am enrolled in NFL Sunday Ticket which I do not use and do not want. I am trying to cancel, but I have been getting the spinning wheel of death on the "Manage your services and perks" website for two days. I have tried multiple times on both the mobile and the computer for the past two days. Chatting with or calling Verizon is a last resort because I end up spending at least an hour of my time staring at the computer waiting for them to respond. Any suggestions?

Hey, bjfinter, we want to make sure you're not enrolled in anything that you shouldn't be, and know how frustrating that spinning wheel can get the longer it just spins. If you haven't already, try clearing cache and cookies from the browser/app. If that doesn't help, let us know and we can check into getting it removed on our end.
