Hello, I had to transfer my line to another carrier (I'm the account holder). My children's lines are still with Verizon, and I need to upgrade those lines.
When I've tried to sign in using the disconnected mobile account link below, it says "the information listed doesn't match our files". Could someone please help me get access to my account?
