I simply want to log into the Fios site, and for WEEKS i keep getting this error message.  I've tried multiple browsers, and cleared cache repeatedly.  Any suggestions or should I cancel my service and get another service?

Are you getting this error using a browser (not the app) while on verizon.com, using the drop down "Sign in" option, "Sign in to My Account" before you even get to a page that allows you to enter your username and password?
