I have been trying to log in to my account for weeks.  I keep getting message "

Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time."

 

i have tried different browsers, deleting cache etc..   Assistance would be appreciated

Are you getting this error message via the website? Meaning, when you go to verizon.com, click on the 'Sign in' drop down menu, and then click on 'Sign in to My Account', you get sent to that error page immediately?

If so, you can maybe try what I posted here
