I have my son setup under parental controls with a different one for his computer and phone. Spotify works on his phone, but not his pc. When I turn the MacAfee Network protection off, it works. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Hello Verizon Community,
It sounds like the issue might be related to MacAfee Network protection settings on your son's computer. Since Spotify works on his phone but not on his PC, it's likely that the security software is blocking the app's internet access. You can try adding Spotify to the list of trusted applications in MacAfee's settings. If that doesn't work, you might consider adjusting the firewall settings or checking for any other parental control software that could be interfering. As you're exploring options, it could also be worth comparing Spotify with Apple Music to see if the latter offers a more seamless experience on your son's devices. You might find Apple Music's integration with different devices beneficial.!!!
Great Luck!!
