Called to order FIOS but explained we were afraid to order as we didn't want anything to happen to our sprinkler system. "No worries!" they said, "If anything happens it will be repaired!"
May 15 - Ordered FIOS
May 27 - Fiber installer ran the fiber & cut my sprinkler lines.
May 30 - called, texted, voice-mailed installer. Said they'd come out to repair, ghosted me, no longer respond to texts/calls.
Placed 2 repair orders with Verizon, one May 30 & one June 7, both times they gave a ticket number, but it seems to end there - no response
We have 2 big events coming up in the next 2 weekends (family reunion, graduation party) and our grass is starting to look like trash.
