Its been almost 4 months since I added 5 new lines from Costco Kiosk. Still waiting for my $250 per line which was promised at that time. Checked my spam folders etc.. no luck yet. Appreciate someone can follow up on this.

Per the Costco rebate thread in the Announcements section, there's a 90 day exclusion period or some such before Costco will even begin to process the rebate. Then it can take them up to another 14 weeks to actually email it. This promo is run completely by Costco, so Verizon can't do anything about how long it takes.
