How in the world is anyone supposed to be able to reach verizon if your phone is stolen, MFA is only sending text to said stolen phone, no ability to access your account, no ability to make a phone call and no ability to chat without signing in to account.  As if having your cell phone stolen isn't stressful and worrisome enough, THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM VERIZON!!!!!  Is there any way to live chat or send email to get help without being able to authenticate into your verizon account????  Do better VERIZON

Sorry to hear your phone was stolen.  You'd have to borrow someone's phone or find a landline and call Verizon (I'd try that 1-833-Verizon number shown at the top of the forum page), or go to a store.  If you are outside of the US currently, you'd need to contact International Services Support - there is a list of toll-free numbers for assorted countries.

daquino333, so sorry to hear of the stolen phone. Help is always here as you can always reach us via a different phone by dialing 800-922-0204 or visiting any local direct Verizon store location with a valid ID. We always provide multiple ways to contact us (phone, chat, social media or even store location). I do hope there is a friend or family member willing to let you use their phone to make a call to us or even a house phone line you can use to call on. I know it has been a few days, but please let us know if you are still in need of assistance.
