You may be being sold that the Netflix and Disney plus bundle will work for everyone on your plan. They tell you just let them use the same user if and password and it will work. This is false. If line holders are not in the same house with the same wifi it will not work. Support will not help, and will tell you over and over that it will work. It won’t and you can read it in the Netflix user agreement. This is a deceptive sales practice. Beware and good luck trying to get customer service to help. It fees like they intentionally make the service terrible to you give up. No one will own the issue and try and make it right
