SubAccounts Can't Be Modified Since the End of IE

Used to be that I could get into the subaccounts and modify them from the main account page.  It was always a problem because inspecting and modifying the subaccount required that the page be loaded in Internet Explorer.   Since the end of IE, this is no longer possible.  It appears that the subaccounts can be deleted and that new ones can be added.  The Verizon webpages are preventing the pages from being reloaded in IE mode.  The programming for the accounts page needs to be updated to allow access to the subaccounts.
