Supervisor call recorded

I have been on hold for 10minutes after talking to a rep saying I’m recording the call and wanting a supervisor because you guys took away a $60 credit to my account and want to know why the wait time is this long and I will keep recording all my calls and so should everyone who calls support because Verizon reps lie constantly and agree to things and it doesn’t happen
