I’ve contacted over 6 times about the same issue and no resolution. Before we switched from ATT we confirmed with verizon rep that there is a trade in deal as well as a $200 port in deal. We never received any emails to get our gift cards. The first few reps said they would take care of it to no avail. Finally the last rep said we don’t qualify for it. We confirmed prior to switching all we needed to do was port in a line to a new iphone 14 or higher. Now they just keep dodging it and not owning up to what was promised to us. We wouldn’t have switched it we knew they wouldn’t give us gift cards. Anyone else having this issue? I wished they would just honor what was told to us instead of 3 months later out of $1600. Verizon is so bad! Had a feeling it was a mistake coming back!
