I would like to reach out to thank SHAY in Customer Service for helping me out. For EIGHT YEARS I have been trying to make myself the main account holder rather than my deceased husband. There was always a reason it couldn't be done (prices would increase, etc) but she did it. In like, a minute. Eight years and countless hours on the phone and in a a chat and Shay just makes it happen. THANK YOU!
