Terrible Customer Service/Liars

  • I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly unsatisfactory experience I have had with Verizon’s services and customer support. My interactions with your company have been fraught with deceptive sales practices, unfulfilled promises, and repeated failures in customer service, which have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.From the outset, I was misled about the terms of my contract. I have photographic evidence of conversations and the incomplete contract I was pressured to sign. I was instructed to sign the contract without my trade-in device included, with the assurance that this issue would be rectified later. When I refused to sign the incomplete contract and requested that the correct information be added, I was treated poorly and subjected to further misinformation.Although one representative over the phone appeared to be helpful, the promised "Bring Your Own Device" discounts were never applied to my account. Despite calling Verizon numerous times over the course of a week—at least 19 times—my issue remained unresolved. I have waited for call-backs that never came, even rearranging my schedule and waiting by the phone to no avail. This has led to countless wasted hours and ongoing frustration.When the problem was eventually addressed, it was done in a manner that seemed to benefit Verizon rather than resolving my concerns. Subsequently, I noticed additional charges being added to my account and changes to my plan without my consent. Each time I had to call to rectify these issues, only to find myself trapped in a never-ending cycle of service disruptions and billing errors.It is unacceptable that a company of Verizon’s stature engages in such practices, reeling customers in with false promises and then failing to deliver on those promises once the customer is locked into a contract. I have screenshots and documentation of these dishonest sales practices and am prepared to take legal action if necessary. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Verizon, and I hope that your company will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly.
