Please forgive me if i spell her name wrong. Brea is an Extraordinary and compassionate women.

She's the definition of going above and beyond. She not only help me with my phone issues, but she helped ease the pain in my soul. I lost my sister not to long ago and we finally got her phone back last night and going through it broke my soul all over again. So when i came to verizon to figure out my account my mind and soul were already in a mucky place.Speaking with Brea not just helped me with my phone issues but her Genuine and captivating presence/ essence eased my soul. She literally has Divine gifts, I swear!!! Talking with her changed the whole course of my day the dark cloud that danced over my head was broken through my Brea's radiance. THANK YOU SO MUCH BREA!!! You helped me in more ways than one. Also, she is hilarious, and never made me feel like the questions i was asking were to much.
