The Best Agent I have ever had contact with!! EVER!!

I had the best service I have ever probably experienced in my life!! Her name is Jeanette. I tried to give her a review through text, but it wouldn’t go through. It was probably too long. I want to take this time to compliment her. I didn’t even type every single amazing thing about her, but this is what I said.

She was one of the best. She probably was the best agent I have ever spoke with EVER!! She cared about my needs. She was so friendly and outgoing. She took a lot of time to explain my services that I was looking into and what I already had. She was knowledgeable. She help me pick new services that are gonna be really helpful to me, and they will extend to my son and his phone line. It gives me piece of mind because my son is sixteen, just got his license, and I worry about this. I'm on a fixed income, and I'm not always financially ready to take care of my vehicle. She knew that I could take advantage of the roadside assistance. She had knowledge of the cell service provided. She knew what I should do if I continue to have problems with our cell phones. She was even knowledgeable about Apple and their services. She helped me with so much more than that as well. She really took so much time for me. I appreciate that so much. Most agents just try to get you off the phone, they don't get your needs taken care of, you have to then ask for supervisors, don't get what you need accomplished, and they aren't always friendly. You really need to take time, and let her know how great she is. I appreciate Verizon having such a hardworking person on their team. She deserves an acknowledgment for a job well done. I wish I could get a direct number for her. Thanks so much!
Girl, you really need a raise! You need some KUDOS for a job well done! You need them to acknowledge you are probably the best employee they have! Thank you so much! I really appreciate the service you provided for me. Corporations are selling out to overseas call agencies to save money. There is a language barrier sometimes. They aren’t knowledgeable. Most of the time, they don’t even care if you are not able to solve whatever problem you have. They just want to get you signed up for new services with their promotions. They hang up on you or refuse to put you on the phone with a supervisor. If they can’t take care or you or assist your concern, they are just like oh well. This is so upsetting and frustrating. Most companies are doing it now, and it’s sad! It was so nice to have a pleasant experience with such a hard working agent, especially considering I have been having the worst service lately with  mess ups from these big corporations that we deal with on a regular basis. We pay a lot for cell service, and it  felt so good to receive service that went above and beyond! Thanks Jeanette! You were amazing!
