Today was a very tough day for me actually the whole month I have been going back and forth with Verizon Fios about my bill and Technical situations, but I'm happy to say that everything has been resolved. I would definitely love to say thank you to the Supervisor Mr Felipe, Mr John (Tec) and Ms Monserrat (Tec)
These guys have done an amazing job. Mr John was very efficient and made sure that I was able to get in contact with everybody that I needed to get in contact with and also making sure that he offered me the best deals that I needed to keep my Verizon Fios up to date. Ms Monserrat kept me calm, I had a stroke and a lot of times I start to stutter when I get upset. She worked with me and help me get through it, she was very patient and knew her job she went over and Beyond to help me get through my stress. And fixed the situation. Actually everyone that I mentioned should get a promotion. I am very grateful to Fios I would never use anything but Verizon, even though we pay a little more we definitely get what we paid for Verizon is one of the best companies I've ever seen in my life thank you, Thank you so very much for hiring these people because there are some days when you just need somebody to have a little patience, compassion, and empathy just to help you through your day. And as far as my internet or cell phone company and their Associates, I wouldn't deal with anyone else, if I want excellent service. Ms Sugar
