Hello! I'm trying to access my account and get my device payment agreement and how much was left on my account before I switched service providers. I tried logging into my account through the MyVerizon app only for it to say my account (UserID) would need to be unlinked so I did. Now when I try to log in it just says that all of my information doesn't match anything on file  "The information you entered does not match our files."

I cannot log into to my account so I cannot access support.  I tried signing into a disconnected account using the old phone number, last name and billing zip code with it saying again "The information you entered does not match our files." I can access it using the one time payment option but it just says $0 due. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I'm just trying to get my EID proof

We appreciate you reaching out and know it is important to be able to manage your account online. After unlinking your account, did you register a new account online? After unlinking, you need to register again to create a new online profile. 

Also, look out for a private message so I can better assist with your device payment concerns.
