I had no idea that there was a difference between Verizon stores and they charged me over $500 at the store to then get another bill for over $600. When I called Verizon about my bill so was told there was nothing they could do because it was done at an authorized store and when I went to the store they told me there was nothing refund. What a disappointment to have never explained all these charges and now I have to pay over $1,000 for something that could have cost $500 or less.
