This happens inside my house. To multiple people, ironically not all at the same time. The phones will go backwards an hour normally, both iPhones & Samsungs. There can be 4 iPhones in one room & only 1-2 might be affected. The common denominators are my house & Verizon service providers for all. Things that make you go hmmmmm……
