Phone was traded in on a “loyalty” promotion credit of $860 on a July 23 2024 at a Victra store.
September 11 a long chat (45 min) with an incompetent csr or AI csr with long pauses between asking for info and asking for more info led to a denial that the credit existed.
A trip back to the store and the sales rep said yes there should be a loyalty credit applied but she could not do it to call Verizon.
A call to Verizon csr referred us back to the store. No time to get back to the store.
A second call October 4 - the phone hasn’t been received. I have a receipt. Oh, well, it has been received but not processed. The credit should be applied in 5-6 days and will include the first two months.
No credit has been applied as of Oct 16. This is the run around . And it is taking ridiculous amounts of time to get no credit and no consistent explanation of why? I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 14 years and generally happy with what was the best. What has happened to your customer service???
