I just realized when I was looking at my Verizon account that we are being charged for the Galaxy S23 ultra that I got in September of 2023! There was a trade in deal, you trade your current phone in and get $800 off towards a new phone. I got the Galaxy S23 Ultra. I paid in store the remainder of $324.25.
Not only am I being charged the full price for the phone, but the amount I paid in store with my card was not credited! AND! The agreement document is forged!!! I did not sign it!!!
I should owe nothing for this phone, nor should I be paying monthly for this phone!! Verizon is a joke!!
This better get fixed ASAP!! And I'm so done with Verizon!!
