verizon agent help me open a new line for trade in program. After I receive the new phone and I sent out the trade in device to Verizon. They receive the trade in devices and adjust my trade in value to $0! I did try to talk to few verizon agent they didnโt tell my what is the problem of my trade in device. I am sure my trade in device is turn on with good condition and find my phone is Turing off. Verizon just want have my phone for free doesnโt want to give out the trade in credit.
