I feel like I'm being treated unfairly because when I selected, I would be trading in my old device; an envelope should have automatically been included in the new device package as it has always been from my past trade-ins. Why would you make it harder for people to receive a fraction of the billions of dollars customers like us have invested with you dollars over the decades?
I can't even find a record of any trade activity in my account. The only proof I have is the email confirming the start of the trade-in process. I can't afford to lose $180.00. Can anyone tell me how to ship this thing back, please?
