Transfer Line Issues

Up until Tuesday (10/15/2024) I was under my sisters account until she transferred ownership of my line to me. I spent the greater part of 2 hours on the phone with a representative until the transfer was completed. After the transfer was successful I tried making a new account using my email and linked my phone number to my account but I got an error message- the rep advised that this may take 24 hours to resolve and try again Wednesday. Yesterday came around and I still couldn't after confirming that I was no longer associated with my sisters account and I was no longer on her account even though when I log in with my phone number it shows that her account number is linked to my line.  I tried again today with my email and it stated that my number was not valid to be linked.

Please advise on what I can do to get this to go smoothly. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and I don't think I can spend another 2 hours on the phone with a representative in regards to this ๐Ÿ˜“
