Trouble Linking My Service to My Verizon Account

I created an account on Verizon's website to be able to manage my Verizon Wireless Service (Fios) and pay my bill, but every time I try to link it using my "Service Account Number", it says that it is already linked to another account.
I have tried to get some help from Verizon customer's service, but they seems more interested in selling upgrades than solving my problem. I spent hours and hours on the chat with Verizon, but nobody was able to help me, I just wasted my precious time. I am still struggling by the way.
I have been paying my internet bills online, using the option "one-time payment". I can't even see my payments history because it is not linked to the website account.
I am really upset because it was supposed to be something easy to solve.
Does anybody have any suggestion about what I could do?

Do you have some other service besides Fios with Verizon? If you have cell phone service with them too, chances are your Fios account was merged with your mobile account.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
