I’m a new Fios customer and I’m experiencing some issues with the $200 prepaid Visa gift card that was part of my welcome bonus. The status of the gift card shows that it’s processing, but at the bottom, it says it’s on hold due to a past due balance.
My bill has been paid for about two weeks already, and it’s been a month since my service was installed. This is my first time being a Fios customer. I’m not sure why there’s a hold or what else I need to do to resolve this.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any advice on how to get this sorted out?
