I switched to Verizon at the end of October and purchased my Iphone 16 ProMax and Apple Watch 10 after the Verizon online agent offered me a $200 Verizon gift card and 6 free months of Apple One. I have spent about 10 hours on calls and chat with Verizon agents, each giving me a different answer and/or redemption code. After the last chat agent shared a code that I was able to successfully enter into the rebate center, I felt confident that I'd finally get, at least, that. Yesterday, I received a notification that my device was purchased in an ineligible location. I realized that the code was for a Best Buy purchase. I purchased ONLINE THROUGH VERIZON and should have gotten a different code. I would like to know if there is ANYONE at Verizon who can, and will, provide me what was promised if I switched to Verizon. I don't understand how this is an acceptable business practice. I don't know if this is a standard practice at Verizon to wear down the customer until they finally give up, or if I've just been so unlucky that I've gotten every new/untrained agent at Verizon. I saved the chat with the agent who walked me through the purchase process and promised these benefits, but to date, I have been unsuccessful finding an agent who can honor those promises. I have become terrified to chat or call again out of fear that it will be more wasted time with no resolution. Unfortunately, these are not the end of my issues with Verizon, and I've only had the service for a month. EEK.

I know how important these offers are for me when I am looking at making a purchase, and I am sorry to learn that you have been struggling to find a resolution for these issues since late October, dawn991. I am happy to help take a look into this, and help find a resolution. Since I will likely need account acess to help, please be on the lookout for a private message from me.
