Trying to upgrade devices

I’ve been a loyal @Anonymous customer for 24 years and am deeply disappointed by my recent experience. I’ve spent 20+ hours on the phone and made 3  store visits trying to upgrade devices, an iphone, apple watch and ipad. The issues are due to poor customer service and internal software problems, not on my end. Yet, I have wasted so much of my time trying to correct their problems.  I’m reaching out to see what Verizon can do to restore my faith in your services and ensure I remain a customer into my 25th year. What steps can you take to make this right and provide the level of service I deserve?

We have worked hard to make your upgrade experience as smooth as possible and are concerned to hear that you have encountered problems completing your upgrade. Please tell us a little more, what specifically happened when trying to upgrade your 3 lines, did you get any errors? What happened at the Verizon store? Did you visit a direct store or an authorized retailer?
