Let me preface this by saying I have been a Verizon customer more than 30 years. On Black Friday we changed our plan to the "Unlimited Welcome", and was told we have credit for two phones. We went home with two extra phones, and reviewing my next bill, I seen full device payments for two phones. We have worked with the location in person and via text, to try and understand the situation numerous times. The last time we visited the location, speaking to a sales rep (not associated with original transaction) said "We would not give you two devices". To me "credit for two phones" means two phones at a reduced cost or totally covered, not "We will sell you two phones at full price". I just want to say, I am quite disappointed.
