The two authinticatoin being mandetory even when your on trusted device is making me leave Verizon. i even callled on my cell phone today for customer service and it wanted me to go to my email and put in code I recieve on my cell phone? What? I was on the cell phone they sold me? I guess they cant figure that out? Once i have confirmed my two authintication on my cell phone and home computer.....it continues to ask me to veryify every time i want to look at website or call customer service? Why cant it realize that my home computer is trusted device just like my BANK DOES WITH ALL MY MONEY? What is someone going to do? Hack my phone and pay my bill? I am sick of it and moving on . Monday is my final payment and leaving day. If you know how to stop the two authentication process let me know by then or SEE YA! IT WILL BE AS SIMPLE AS YOU LOSING MONEY BEFORE YOU DO SOMETHING.
