Two-factor authentication is disabled on ALL of the phones on my account. Please explain WHY all of my phones still get a (authentication) message sent to their phone whenever they try to log-in online? My husband gets one whenever he goes online to pay the bill. I get one every time I login online. My daughter just recently lost her phone and can't login online to read her text messages because the stupid two-factor authentication keeps sending messages to the LOST phone to verify her identity.
WHAT do I do to fix this????
