We recently switched to Verizon. My husband's number was the first to port over from AT&T and the 2FA for logging into our Verizon account was set up so text messages go to his line. Any time I needed to log in to our account I needed him nearby so we added me as an account manager in the settings on our account and added my line to the 2FA "enabled" so that we'd both receive text messages to be able to log into the account.
Unfortunately that has not worked so even though my phone number is showing in the 2FA section of our account settings, the alerts only go to his line, so I need him engaged any time I need to look at the account which has more than just our lines on it. Help!
