URGENT: NO SIM - cannot login due to two factor authentication.

My SIM has been turned off. I am attempting to resolve this issuse with Customer Service, but I cannot login to my verizon account online or on my phone due to two factor autentication. That is, I cannot receive the pin sent to me to login in order to accept the account access request sent to the phone because there is no SIM. Same situation when attempting to use chat or text customer service.
I need to resolve this issue ASAP as my underage child is on my plan and traveling and needs access.
