Unable to access disconnected account

After porting away from Verizon, I'm trying to log in to my account to view my remaining balance on my phone and it's telling me my account does not exist.
Even when trying to sign in to the disconnected account page, it's saying the information I entered does not match anything on file.

We hear you loud and clear. Since you are unable to authenticate the account online, we would recommend going to the nearest Verizon store where you will be able to authenticate with a photo ID. We will be glad to help once we have access to your account.
