Unable to access my account while travelling internationally

I'm getting really frustrated with the Verizon website and app. I'm currently travelling outside of the country (Mexico) and I am unable to access my account. If I try to use the app I get a blank, white screen. If I get a push notification it brings up the same, blank, screen. This has persisted through restarts and changing settings on the phone. I even tried routing my wireless through a US VPN, but it did not fix the issue.
By itself this is annoying, but it has become totally unworkable because I cannot use the website either, because logging into the website requires sending a push notification that cannot be opened by the app. This means that I can't access my account or use the AI chat agent, because that also requires logging in. It makes no sense whatsoever to have push notifications be the only way to verify a login, especially when other people have noted the issues with using the app out of the country.
I have asked for this issue to be escalated with a customer service rep, but the lack of an email address where I can reach customer service makes me doubt that this will be resolved in a timely manner.

I too have heard access to My Verizon is blocked while overseas; it's some kind of security concern. If you can find a landline, there is a toll free number you can call from Mexico to reach International Services Support: 001-8442528672. This number only works from a landline. Otherwise, try dialing +1-908-559-4899 from your cell phone.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

We know the importance of being able to access you account. If you have not already you can try resetting the app first by clearing its cache and data in your phone's settings, then restart your device. Or you can uninstall the app, restart the device and reinstall. I am sending a Private Note as well to give additional assistance if needed.

Do you have an option to send the push verification to an email (and access it via computer), if you can verify it via email maybe it will then allow you to continue on your device (after verification)

No, and this is a huge frustration that I am having. There is no choice but to do the push verification, on the phone or when accessing the website (even via a VPN). It was only after repeated failed attempts when on the phone with customer support that they were able to use email to allow THEM to access my account.
